Who we are
Thermal Compost Systems is a trading name of Thermal Compost Solutions, registered at Maliesingel 63, 3581 BS Utrecht, the Netherlands, listed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 94055068. We are the controller for the processing of your data as described below. You can put any questions about this to us at Contact@thermalcompostsystems.nl.
What data we receive from you
Only what you enter yourself. Through the contact form that is your name, your company name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the type of organisation you select and the message you write.
If you have used the calculator and then send the form, we also receive the values you entered there and the result you saw. What will be sent along is shown above the send button, so you can see it beforehand.
The calculator sends nothing by itself
The calculation happens entirely in your own browser. As long as you do not send the form, nothing reaches us. So you can work through the figures freely without leaving anything behind.
What we use it for
To answer your question and, if you want one, to make you a proposal. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into one. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not send a newsletter unless you ask for it.
Who else sees your data
No third-party form service is involved. Your message goes straight to our own Google Workspace environment, where it arrives in our mailbox and is kept in a restricted list of enquiries. Google acts as our processor in this, under the data processing terms that come with Google Workspace. Beyond that we do not share or sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Up to two years after our last contact. After that we delete your data. If you become a customer, we keep the associated records for as long as the law requires us to.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and keeps no visitor statistics. There is no Google Analytics on it, no advertising pixel and no other tracking software.
Videos only load after you click play yourself, and then through youtube-nocookie.com. If you do click, YouTube’s terms apply from that moment on. If you do not, nothing happens.
Security
The website is served over a secure connection only. Access to the messages we receive is limited to the people in our team who handle your enquiry.
Your rights
You may ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, have the processing restricted, object to it, or receive your data in a common file format. Send a message to Contact@thermalcompostsystems.nl. We respond within one month.
If we cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
If the way we handle your data changes, we will update this statement and change the date at the top.
