Inside the container

All the technology on board

Composting chamber, heat exchange, aeration and control are integrated into one robust high-cube container, ready to use, with no permanent construction on your site.

Composting chamber

The whole container is composting space. It takes 55 m³ of organic material per cycle, on a footprint of just 30 m². Under controlled conditions of temperature, moisture and air the process runs evenly, which gives both steady heat production and high-grade compost.

  • 55 m³ per cycle on a 30 m² footprint
  • Controlled conditions, so an even process
  • Steady, continuous heat
  • High-grade, even compost

Heat exchanger

The heat exchanger captures the heat released by composting and transfers it from air to water for your building. One system delivers 30 to 45 kW of heat, while using no more than 1 kW of electricity itself. A continuous heat source with no gas connection and no heavy electrical connection.

  • Delivers 30 to 45 kW of heat per system
  • Uses no more than 1 kW of electricity itself
  • Continuous heat, all year round. Composting heat converted into hot water
  • No gas or heavy grid connection needed, four systems run off one socket

Aeration

Good composting stands or falls with air. The aeration draws it evenly through the entire compost mass, so the right oxygen and moisture balance is reached everywhere, with no dead spots. That gives you a fast, low-odour process and consistent, high-grade compost.

  • Air is spread evenly through the entire compost mass
  • The right oxygen and moisture balance everywhere, so a faster process
  • Even composting, no dead spots
  • Less odour, higher compost quality

Control system

The control system monitors temperature and process automatically and adjusts remotely where needed. The system runs steadily with minimal attention, and you can set the cycle from one month to six months, matched to your residual streams and heat demand. The electrical installation is also SCOPE 10 certified for fire safety.

  • Monitored and adjusted automatically
  • No daily checks, no dedicated operator
  • Controllable remotely
  • Adjustable cycle of one to six months
  • SCOPE 10 fire safety certification
  • Stable and reliable

Curious what the system would deliver for you?

We are glad to think along with you about your heat demand and the residual streams you have. No obligation.
